Having an experience of work as obstetrician-gynecologist at several clinics in Austria and Switzerland and being a supporter of laparoscopic access in operative gynecology, I decided to come to Swiss University Clinic in Moscow for an internship. There are not so many clinics in the world, where the secrets of surgical techniques can be revealed by the author of unique methods himself, a known and talented surgeon with 30 years of experience who daily performs several laparoscopic operative interventions on abdominal, pelvic and retroperitoneal organs.

I'd like to note a few features of organization of the clinic work and surgical treatment tactics.
For example, high speed and quality of the organization of consultations, planning and carrying out of examinations and treatment at the SUC: the time from the moment of the patient's arrival at the clinic to the scheduled surgery may take only a few hours! General issues of the forthcoming consultation and preoperative examination can be remotely discussed with the clinic staff, all special questions are answered by Professor K.V. Puchkov in person within two days, with account for the patient's history and data from previous examinations received from patients electronically. read more

General issues of the forthcoming consultation and preoperative examination can be remotely discussed with the clinic staff, all special questions are answered by Professor K.V. I have not seen anything like this anywhere else in Europe. The speed and quality of decision-making are influenced by yet another unique factor: the clinic's chief surgeon Prof. Puchkov has several specializations, namely surgery, gynecology, urology and oncology. Therefore, an interdisciplinary approach to treatment may be provided here by a single expert. Moreover, it allows to go beyond the bounds of standard operational approaches within one specialization and to develop various techniques, allowing to cope with laparoscopic tasks that are difficult or were previously considered impossible.

For example, when performing a surgery for infiltrating endometriosis that involves not only the organs of the reproductive system, but also the adjacent organs and tissues, such as the rectovaginal septum, intestine, ureters, bladder (a "battlefield" for the whole team of different specialists), all steps are performed by Prof. K.V. Puchkov, which allows to minimize the time of surgery, to improve its quality and to achieve the best long-term results (to reduce the frequency of relapses, to eliminate pain syndrome, to maximize the percentage of spontaneous pregnancy occurrences, thereby reducing the need for costly ART).

The steps of surgical interventions for infiltrative endometriosis include the restoration of the anatomy in patients with pronounced adhesions, removal of endometriotic lesions of internal genital organs, excision of endometriosis infiltrates of lesser pelvis peritoneum with most complicated localization in the direct vicinity of large vessels and ureters, as appropriate - resection of sacro-uterine ligaments, vaginal fornix, shaving / resection of the rectal wall, followed by anastomosis application by the author's technique, and shaving of the remaining intestine parts.

During my internship at the clinic, several surgical interventions for infiltrative endometriosis were performed. In the course of such operations K.V. Puchkov attaches great importance to a thorough revision of the small and large intestine in order to identify endometrioid foci, that in the absence of adequate treatment, along with persistent pain syndrome over time, can lead to intestinal obstruction. If lesions are discovered, a shaving is performed where possible, that is, removal of the pathological focus within sero-muscular layer of the intestinal wall, followed by restoration of the layers by overcasting separate nodular serose-muscular and sero-serose seams perpendicular to the intestine axis. In most cases, this eliminates the need for bowel resection with subsequent temporary intestinal stoma exteriorization.

The unique method of laparoscopic myomectomy by K.V. Puchkov that consists in performing of myomectomy on the background of the temporary occlusion of the internal branch of iliac arteries (safe disengagement of uterine supply vessels to reduce intraoperative bleeding) and a special technique of myomatose node bed closure by anchor thread enables myomectomy by laparoscopic access in cases of a large-size uterine myoma and / or an atypical node localization. Elimination of a need for electrocoagulation hemostasis in the node bed area with myometrium preservation contributes to formation of a tenable uterine scar. Thus, in multitude of cases the ability to conceive, bear and give birth to a healthy child is restored.

In addition, the clinic also performs laparoscopic access surgery for genital prolapse in to the extent of sacrovaginopexy. As part of hysterectomy operation for a number of gynecological conditions, prevention of vaginal / cervical cuff prolapse is carried out by fixing the cuff and strengthening the uterine ligamentous apparatus.

I recommend the SUC as one of the best surgical clinics in Europe, both for patients and for professionals who want to improve their knowledge.

“胃肠道外科手术。腹腔镜心肌肉解剖术在临床上的改进及利用S.I.L.S技术在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用”
2015年11月19-20日在Sapienza大学（意大利，罗马）举行了第26 届全球外科医生会议，大会议题为胃肠道外科手术。3000多名外科医生参加了会议，此外，来自世界各地约1万3千人观看了手术的直播过程。会议期间，来自15个国家的与会者在直播时可参与评论—美国，法国，比利时，意大利，德国等。

2013年12月11-13日康•维•普奇科夫教授举办了高级讲习班，改讲习班作为第五届为纪念阿•夫•耶菲缅科的国际科学和实践会议”2013年妇科外科手术新面貌”，该会议在乌克兰基辅的国际研究生教育研究院和大学医院“OBERIG"举办。
第3届欧洲腔镜妇科学专家会议 “复杂腔镜外科手术的创新和应用”
2013年11月28-30日举行第3届欧洲腔镜妇科学专家会议会“复杂腔镜外科手术的创新和应用”（荷兰，阿姆斯特丹），会议期间教授康•维•普奇科夫经行了演讲。该会议由Olympus 公司（日本）欧洲代表处组织。

康•维•普奇科夫教授于2013年9月18-20日在乌克兰基辅举办了全乌克兰会议“现代化的专业化手术看护科技”。

2013年4月18日在阿拉木图市（哈萨克斯坦共和国）在阿•恩•瑟兹加诺夫国家外科科学研究中心（妇产科）举办了两场妇科腹腔镜手术。

2013年4月15-19日在阿拉木图市（哈萨克斯坦共和国），在阿•恩•瑟兹加诺夫国家外科科学研究中心举办了第4届哈萨克斯坦外科和“外科手术的新技术”，与会者来自世界各地，会议期间进行了大肠手术高级讲习班。
“腹腔镜在大肠外科、泌尿科和妇科的应用”
2013年4月1-3日在上海（中国）举办了为期三天的“腹腔镜在大肠外科、泌尿科技妇科的最新技术应用”，此次会议由COVIDIEN公司世界上最大的培训中心（瑞士）在其俄罗斯分公司的支持下举办。
“腹腔镜在子宫内膜异位治疗中的应用 ”
2013年2月25日 – 2013年3月1日在意大利阿韦利诺市最有名的私立医院Villa dei Platani (GruppoMalzoni)“，和意大利拿泼里市最老私立医院 –“Clinica Ruesch”（建于1919年），举行第一届国际意大利俄罗斯学校—5天的讲座、高级讲习班及腹腔镜在子宫内膜异位外科治疗手术演示。

2013年2月20-21日在上海（中国）由COVIDIEN公司（瑞士）世界最大培训中心的及COVIDIEN 俄罗斯分公司的支持下举办了为期两天的¬肠外科和泌尿科的最新技术培训。。

2012年12月7日在莫斯科举行了由普奇科夫同世界著名外科医生P.Miccoli教授和М.Strik教授组织的高级讲习班，此次活动在莫斯科的瑞士大学医院和Karl Storz 公司培训中心进行。
